Behind Every Great Company is a Great Group of People

Assurance of Professional Care
Corn Heritage Village Communities of Care, is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week - with registered nurses, licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants.  We don't rely solely on diplomas and recommendations to evaluate potential members of our professional team. Our team members, in every department, go through a thorough screening process to ensure they possess the skills, qualities and characteristics we feel are essential in a caregiver.  Included in this process are: employment reference checks, personal reference checks, OSBI background checks and Sex Offender checks.  Once our Human Resource Director verifies these items are in good standing, then a face-to-face interview is conducted to ensure the applicant is the right person to care for the residents of our communities.

Staff
At Corn Heritage Village, our Human Resource Director selects staff who is dedicated to serving seniors. Our communities are filled with well-trained and big-hearted individuals who truly want to help people. Once an applicant becomes a team member, their professional skills are fine-tuned through Corn Heritage Village Community's Training Program, which teaches them how to implement the Corn Heritage Village services on a daily basis. With our hiring process, we are better able to provide quality staff for our residents to ensure they receive the attention and service they deserve.
