Thank you for your interest in Corn Heritage Village.  We are proud of the excellent care we have provided to the citizens of Oklahoma since 1948.  Our commitment to providing quality care is as strong today as it was when we first began.

I would like to invite you to visit us at either location and explore the options we have for you.  We can offer assistance with Retirement Apartments, Long Term Nursing Care, Skilled Nursing Care and Alzheimer’s Care in our Special Care Center.  Thank you for your consideration.  We hope you will give us the opportunity to serve you.
